This powerful zoom magnifies distant subjects. With its backside-illuminated 12.1 megapixel CMOS sensor, images will have rich color with lots of light (in prints up to 24" x 16"). Another feature emphasized by Nikon in promotion is the Coolpix S9100s 1080p HD video recording capability. This quality of video can be captured at thirty frames per second. To go with the HD video, sound is recorded in stereo. You can set up or view images and video on this cameras three inch 921k Clear Color display.
