It features a WindSmart voice tube which reduces noise from fast movement or wind, making it suitable for using outdoors. The MX500C includes One-Touch controls for convenient access to volume and mute buttons and also has a microphone adjust switch. The headset is compatible with most headset-ready cordless phones and mobile phones and has a suggested retail price of $45. PROS: (1) feels comfortable in the ear canal, suitable for hours of use (2) gets great reception at a reasonable distance from the phone (3) connects to the Bluetooth device right away without fuss (4) controls are simple to work with without taking it out of your ears ... CONS: (1) microphone can be overly sensitive and make your voice too loud on the other end (2) casing tends to separate within 6 months or so, needs to be glued back together (3) tends to feel as if its going to fall out, even if it is secure (4) doesnt sit securely enough to do anything too active with it in
